Customer: Real or legal person who is a member of the Site and benefits from the Services offered on the Site, within the conditions specified in this contract. 3. Subject and Scope of the Agreement

The subject of the User Agreement is the determination of the Services offered on the Site, the terms of benefiting from these Services and the rights and obligations of the parties. The scope of the User Agreement is all statements such as warnings, texts and explanations made by ARNPROXY regarding the use, membership and Services contained in this agreement and its annexes. By accepting the terms of the User Agreement, the User also accepts all kinds of statements made by ARNPROXY regarding the use, membership and Services in the Site. The user accepts, declares and undertakes to act in accordance with all matters specified in the aforementioned statements.

4. Terms of Membership and Service Usage

a) Membership is completed by sending the required identity information to become a member of the Site by the person who wants to become a User from the relevant section of the Site, and by confirming the registration by ARNPROXY. Before the membership process is completed, you cannot have the right and authority to become a User defined in this agreement.

b) In order to become a member of the Site, it is necessary to be of age and not to be temporarily suspended from membership or be banned from membership indefinitely by ARNPROXY in accordance with Article 5.2 of this agreement. The fact that minors or persons who have been temporarily suspended from membership by ARNPROXY or who have been banned from membership indefinitely pursuant to article 5.2 of this agreement, as stated above, have completed the Site registration process will not result in their becoming a member of the Site.

5. Rights and Obligations
5.1. User's Rights and Obligations

a) User; will act in accordance with all the conditions in the User Agreement, the rules specified in the relevant parts of the Site and all applicable legislation while performing the membership procedures, benefiting from the Services of the Site and performing any action related to the Services on the Site, accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she understands and approves all terms and conditions specified.

b) The User shall be authorized to disclose confidential/private/commercial information belonging to ARNPROXY to both official authorities and right holders in case of alleged violation of the rights of other Users and third parties, pursuant to the provisions of the mandatory legislation in force, and therefore from ARNPROXY. accepts, declares and undertakes that no compensation can be claimed under any name.

c) Users are solely responsible for the security, storage, keeping away from the information of third parties and use of the means of accessing the system (User name, password, etc.) used by the Users in order to benefit from the Services offered by ARNPROXY. ARNPROXY does not have any direct or indirect responsibility for the damages incurred or to be incurred by the Users and/or third parties due to all negligence and faults in the matters such as keeping the security of the users' access to the system, keeping them away from the information of third parties, and using them. 

d) Users accept, declare and undertake that the information and content provided by them within the Site are correct and in compliance with the law. ARNPROXY is not liable and responsible for investigating the accuracy of the information and content transmitted by the Users to ARNPROXY or uploaded, changed or provided by the Users on the Site, and undertaking and guaranteeing that this information and content is safe, correct and legal. and cannot be held responsible for any damages that may arise due to the wrong or inaccurate content.

e) Users cannot transfer their rights and obligations under the User Agreement, partially or completely, to any third party without the written consent of ARNPROXY.

f) Those who benefit from the Services offered by ARNPROXY and those who use the Site can only transact on the Site for lawful purposes. The legal and criminal responsibility of the Users in every transaction and action they take within the Site belongs to them. Each User shall not reproduce, copy, distribute pictures, texts, visual and audio images, video clips, files, databases, catalogs and lists within the Site, in a way that would infringe the real or personal rights or property of ARNPROXY and/or another third party, accepts, declares and undertakes that it will not engage in direct and/or indirect competition with ARNPROXY either with these actions or by other means. ARNPROXY, It cannot be held responsible in any way, directly and/or indirectly, for the damages incurred or to be incurred by third parties due to the activities of the Users on the site in violation of the provisions of the User Agreement and / or the law. ARNPROXY reserves its rights of all kinds of lawsuits, complaints and recourse against those who act to the contrary.

5.2. Rights and Obligations of ARNPROXY

a) ARNPROXY reserves the right to change the Services and content offered on the Site at any time. ARNPROXY can use this right without giving any notice and giving priority.

b) ARNPROXY is not responsible for typographical errors in the prices of the products on the Site. 

c) The products on the ARNPROXY site may be subject to snapshot changes. In this case, the user; The prices are valid when he sees the price on the site, pays the fee to us and notifies us of the payment, but writes the name of the product he wants to buy to us or transfers the product to his account through the site.

ARNPROXY has no responsibility for the portals, websites, files and content accessed through the 'links' on the site, the services or products offered from the portals or websites accessed through these 'links' or their content.

Collecting personal and shopping information and shopping and/or consumer behavior information that the member has given in the past and/or will give in the future while becoming a member of ARNPROXY.COM and/or in other ways, and sharing them with all companies affiliated with ARNPROXY.COM. declares and accepts that it allows its use and archiving by all companies. Unless the member notifies otherwise, data is collected when his/her membership ends, It declares and accepts that it allows it to be shared with all ARNPROXY affiliate companies, used and archived by all ARNPROXY affiliate companies. ARNPROXY, users' confidential information, except in cases of fraud and money laundering in the User Agreement, are not made available to third parties and institutions.

6.3. Anti-Money Laundering Protection

a) What am I asked to do? You may be asked to verify your identity and other personal information. ARNPROXY may subject you to a special verification method to prove your identity and associate it with your bank account number. To maintain the reliability of our payment system, your ARNPROXY account may be subject to periodic transaction limits based on your user status.

b) When? Whether you are applying as a new user or have been a user for a while; You may be asked to verify your identity. While our authentication system is designed to minimize any hassle for you, the verification process can take several days to complete.

c) Why? Crime and terrorism need cash. Criminals turn the 'dirty' cash they get from fraud, gambling and theft into clean money by using fake identities or taking the names of innocent people like you. Proving who they are, as they say, is essential to the fight against crime and terrorism. This in no way means that the doubt falls on you. Information about your identity is kept confidential and helps prevent fraudulent use of your identity.

7. Other Provisions

7.1. 7.2. Contract Changes ARNPROXY may, at its sole discretion and unilaterally, change this User Agreement at any time it deems appropriate, by posting it on the Site. The amended provisions of this User Agreement will become valid on the date they are announced; The remaining provisions will remain in effect and continue to have consequences. This User Agreement cannot be changed by the unilateral declarations of the User.

7.3. Force Majeure In all cases deemed 'force majeure' by law, ARNPROXY is not liable for late or incomplete performance or non-performance of any of its obligations set forth in this User Agreement. These and similar cases shall not be deemed as delay, incomplete performance or non-performance or default for ARNPROXY, or no compensation shall be claimed from ARNPROXY for these cases. The term "force majeure", including, but not limited to, natural disasters, riots, wars, strikes, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failures, power cuts and bad weather conditions, beyond the reasonable control of the relevant party and which it cannot prevent, despite showing due diligence, be interpreted as unavoidable events.

7.4. Applicable Law and Authority Turkish Law shall be applied in the implementation, interpretation and management of legal relations arising within the provisions of this User Agreement.

7.5. Termination of the Agreement This User Agreement will remain in effect as long as the User is a member of the Site and will continue to have provisions and consequences between the parties; It will be deemed to have ended in the event that the User's membership period expires or his membership is suspended temporarily or permanently.

ARNPROXY may terminate the contract unilaterally in the event that the Users violate this User Agreement and/or similar rules regarding the use, membership and Services in the Site, and especially in the cases listed below, and the Users may, due to termination, ARNPROXY shall be liable to compensate for all damages suffered by:

a) The User, using any method, to act in a way that will harm the operation of the Site, b) The User makes someone else use the membership account created for him, c) In cases where the User infringes the rights of third parties and/or is in danger of infringing. to be found,

9. Contract Annexes

a) Membership information and personal information you provide to ARNPROXY; will not be opened to other members and third parties, except for the cases defined in the User Agreement, without your consent. However, this information can be used within the ARNPROXY site itself to determine customer profile and to conduct statistical studies.

b) Except for ARNPROXY, only you can access and change all the information you enter into the system. It is not possible for another member or User to access and change information about you.

c) At your own initiative, you can inform ARNPROXY about the personal information requested from you during registration, excluding the obligatory ones. If there is information that you would not prefer to give to ARNPROXY, you do not have to fill in or mark these fields.

d) RIZE Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from this contract.
